This Privacy Policy describes how this version of BulletGo handles information on your device. It applies to BulletGo v1 as currently implemented.

1. Who we are

BulletGo is an independent Android application. This version of BulletGo is an offer detector, filter, and alert tool. It helps you notice supported delivery offers shown in the Spark Driver app and compare them with stores and filters you configure.

BulletGo is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Walmart, Spark Driver, or related companies. Spark Driver, Walmart, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their apps and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

2. What this version of BulletGo does

This version of BulletGo can:

This version of BulletGo does not use AccessibilityService to automatically accept or reject offers, tap buttons, scroll, or otherwise control the Spark Driver app.

3. Android Accessibility

BulletGo uses Android Accessibility so it can read supported offer information displayed in the Spark Driver app while BulletGo monitoring is active.

This version of BulletGo limits that processing to the Spark Driver app. It does not use Accessibility to read other apps for offer matching.

While monitoring is active, BulletGo may process offer details such as:

BulletGo uses this information to compare the offer with the stores and filters you configure and to alert you when there is a Match.

Enabling Accessibility in Android Settings is not the same as starting monitoring. You control when BulletGo processes supported Spark Driver offer screens with START and STOP in BulletGo. If Accessibility is on but monitoring is stopped, this version of BulletGo does not process those offer screens.

Accessibility is required for BulletGo’s main offer-monitoring function. You can open and configure BulletGo without it, but this version cannot monitor Spark Driver offers unless Accessibility is enabled and monitoring is active.

4. Information stored on your device

This version of BulletGo stores information locally on your device so the app can work. That may include:

BulletGo does not ask you to create a BulletGo account, and this version does not collect your name, email, phone number, or home address as account information.

5. Activity (Match History)

Activity is a feature of BulletGo. When an offer matches your preferences, this version of BulletGo may store a local record so you can review it later.

A stored match may include:

This version of BulletGo keeps a limited number of recent matches on the device. It does not store the full Accessibility screen text, customer names, or customer addresses as Activity fields.

6. Statistics and Quick Stats

Statistics are calculated on your device from your local Match History. They are not sent to servers operated by BulletGo.

Quick Stats on Home summarize local information as:

If you clear History, Statistics and match-based Quick Stats are recalculated from the remaining (empty) local history. Active Time is based on monitoring session timing, not on Match History.

7. Notifications

If you allow it, BulletGo can use Android notifications to tell you when an offer matches your preferences. Depending on your settings, a Match alert may include:

Notifications are optional. If you turn them off or deny the Android notification permission, this version of BulletGo can still match offers, save Activity, and show the Match Overlay (if that overlay is enabled and permitted).

8. Match Overlay

If you allow it, BulletGo can show a Match Overlay card over other apps when a Match occurs. This version of the overlay:

Display over other apps is optional. BulletGo’s matching and Activity features can work without the overlay permission.

9. Permissions and capabilities

This version of BulletGo uses the following user-facing capabilities:

Capability Why it is used Required?
Accessibility Read supported offer information shown in Spark Driver while monitoring is active Required for offer monitoring
Notifications Alert you when an offer matches your filters Optional
Display over other apps Show the Match Overlay Optional

Vibration, if enabled, is used only as part of Match alerts you configure.

10. How this version processes information (no BulletGo servers)

This version of BulletGo evaluates supported offers on your device.

This version of BulletGo does not include an internet permission, a networking client, analytics, advertising, telemetry, or Firebase SDKs. It does not transmit offer information or your BulletGo settings to servers operated by BulletGo.

This statement applies to BulletGo. It does not describe Spark Driver, Android, Google Play, your device manufacturer, or other apps. Those services are independent and have their own practices.

This version of BulletGo does not sell the information it processes.

11. How long information is kept

Locally stored information remains on your device during normal use until you change or delete it in BulletGo, or until you uninstall the app, subject to Android’s behavior.

This version of BulletGo does not apply a separate “delete after 30 days” or similar timed purge. Match History is limited to a bounded number of recent local records.

You can:

Uninstalling BulletGo removes the app’s local data. This version of BulletGo does not participate in Android automatic application-data backup (allowBackup is disabled).

This version of BulletGo does not offer Backup & Restore in Settings.

12. Security

BulletGo limits the information it processes to what it needs to provide its current functions and stores that information locally on your device. No method of storage on a personal device can be guaranteed against every form of access. Protect your device with the screen lock and system updates provided by Android.

13. Children

BulletGo is intended for people who use delivery-driver services. It is not directed at children under 13, and this version of BulletGo does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if BulletGo’s features or data practices change. That includes possible future changes to how Accessibility is used. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this policy. The updated policy will apply to the version of BulletGo then described.
